IKEA Spain. I'm sharing how we've been using our
beautiful little kitchen
as a meeting and activity center for years... and despite its size, we think
it has the essentials for spending quality time together and enjoying time as
a family. I hope you find it interesting and inspiring! ;)

¡Hola a tod@s! Hoy os traigo una nueva colaboración que hemos realizado con
IKEA España, para contaros cómo desde hace años utilizamos nuestra
pequeña y bonita cocina
como centro de actividades en casa... y es que, a pesar de su tamaño, para
nosotros tiene lo básico para pasar buenos ratos juntos y disfrutar en
familia. ¡Espero que os resulte interesante e inspirador! ;)
1. // SPEND TIME TOGETHER TRYING NEW FALL RECIPES! As you know, my
husband is the biggest cook in the house, so when the IKEA team sent us this
incredible
+365 cookware set, you can imagine he was overjoyed, since the one we had was very old and
worn...
1. // ¡PASAR TIEMPO JUNTOS PROBANDO NUEVAS RECETAS DE OTOÑO!. Como
ya sabéis, mi marido es el más "cocinillas" de la casa, así que cuando
el equipo de IKEA nos envió esta increíble
batería de cocina +365
ya supondréis que se puso loco de contento, ya que la que teníamos
estaba muy vieja y desgastada...

is made of stainless steel and has a very simple design, making it very
practical and durable, and it also looks great in any kitchen. We loved it
because it's super easy to use, and since its bottom is quite wide, it heats
up quickly, making it easier to control the temperature while cooking your
autumn stews!

Como veis, esta
batería de cocina +365
es de acero inoxidable y tiene diseño muy sencillo, por lo que es muy
práctica y duradera y además queda genial en cualquier cocina. A nosotros
nos ha encantado porque es facilísima de usar, y como su fondo es bastante
ancho, se calienta rápidamente ¡por lo que resulta más fácil controlar la
temperatura mientras cocinas tus guisos de otoño!.

2. // WHILE IT'S SLOW-SIMMING... WE ENJOY A SNACK! What we love
most about autumn stews is that you have to take the time to prepare
everything, which is then simmered to bring out all their flavor... so while
we wait, we take the opportunity to chat about our favorite things while
enjoying a delicious snack!.
2. // MIENTRAS SE CUECE A FUEGO LENTO... ¡DISFRUTAMOS DE UN
PISCOLABIS!. Lo que más nos gusta de los guisos otoñales es que hay que tomarse un
tiempo para preparar los todos alimentos, que luego se cuecen a fuego lento
para potenciar todo su sabor... ¡así que mientras esperamos aprovechamos
para charlar de nuestras cosas mientras disfrutamos de un rico picoteo!.
3. // // MIXING SWEET AND SAVORY: A TRADITION AT HOME! One of the most
well-known Swedish traditions is
'fika', which means
socializing over coffee and biscuits. With the
KAFFEREP series of sweets, which you can find in every store, IKEA brings
this tradition into our homes so everyone can enjoy a memorable 'fika.'
And the
chocolate biscuits are definitely my daughter's favorite!
3. // MEZCLAR LO DULCE CON LO SALADO ¡UNA TRADICIÓN EN
CASA!.
Una de las tradiciones suecas más conocidas es el 'fika',
que significa socializar tomándose un café con galletas. Con los dulces
de la serie KAFFEREP, que puedes encontrar en todas las tiendas, IKEA nos trae esta tradición a casa para que todo el mundo pueda
disfrutar de un 'fika' memorable. ¡Y las galletas de chocolate son sin duda alguna las favoritas de mi hija!.
4. // AN ORIGINAL SWEDISH DRINK... FOR A VERY SPANISH AUTUMN!. Although
this natural and traditional syrup is usually consumed in Sweden during the
summer, we occasionally have it in the fall to replace the typical fizzy
drinks. The
DRYCK FLÄDER flavor has a delicate elderflower aroma with a hint of lemon that we
love, and
DRYCK BLÅBÄR, made with blueberries, has a smooth and juicy texture that conveys the
serenity of the Swedish countryside...
4. // UNA BEBIDA ORIGINAL SUECA... ¡PARA UN OTOÑO MUY ESPAÑOL!.
Aunque este sirope natural y tradicional se suele tomar en Suecia durante el
verano, nosotros lo tomamos de vez en cuando en otoño para sustituir los
típicos refrescos con burbujas. El sabor

tiene un delicado aroma a flor de sauco con un toque de limón que nos
encanta, y
DRYCK BLÅBÄR, hecho con arándanos azules, presenta una textura suave y jugosa que
