OUR EXPRESS TRIP TO BARCELONA (AND HOW TO GET CREATIVE WITH A BROKEN PHONE CAMERA!)
Hi everyone! Thanks to a unique opportunity that came up through my husband's work, last March we were able to snatch up a weekend-long family trip to Barcelona. We went there and back with a last-minute offer on the AVE (High-Speed Train), and despite the very bad weather on Saturday due to heavy rain, we had a really great time seeing the Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter. And on Sunday morning, taking advantage of the sunny weather, we were able to take a nice walk to see La Rambla and all of Gaudí's architecture before returning to Madrid. The funniest thing was that, since my phone camera is still broken, I had to figure out how to take photos with the only lens that works... because otherwise all my photos would come out completely out of focus! (as you can see in the photo of the Sagrada Familia that I took in color and b&w). I still hope you like it... Happy week, everyone! ♡

And we loved this hidden graffiti of a mouse
with its bohemian touch!
